Gundam Docks Singapore (2015)

Last weekend, I visited the biggest Gundam exhibition in Singapore yet. The show was held in Takashimaya (高島屋) from 4 Jun 2015 to 28 Jun 2015. The exhibition housed about 100 Gundam models and about 15 paintings on Gundam. The first Singapore exclusive Gundam model also landed its toes here too.

The exhibition also have about thousands of model sets available for sale too. Each of the merchandises cost from about S$25.00 to S$100.00++. There are also promotion on certain models which are costing 20% lesser than usual price. Many Gundam fans will be glad to visit this show. Further more, the exhibition is open to public. Best of all, the show do not charge any entrance fees.

There are 2 big Gundam models displayed in front of Ngee Ann City's entrance too. These 2 are also the ones which you see on its promotion posters across the websites and streets. On top of that, there is a daily light and sound show from 7:30PM to 9:30PM (30 mins interval) and each show last about 5 mins. Something all visitors and tourists can look forward to? Like the Odaiba's version, I think the show is going to be similar?

As Gundam is a very established brand in Japan and its well-known name has spread across Asia and the world. Nowadays, I think no one don't know what is Gundam as it accompanied many of us throughout our childhood. I hope my photos and my short post on the event will make you look forward to the next Gundam event in Singapore. That's pretty much about this post then, I shall stop my words here.
