Plastic Bags
Today, went to work early as usual. Haiz...once again, Sunday the most busy day of the week. Off to a scanning war for mi...as my parents think i going to work else? Lols. Starting of the day...met lot of people as usual, from all the races. Hahas. Been using 19 inch' plastic bags at times...most customers like to use it for 'double bag' etc;
Soon after these situation had been going on all around Singapore, the wasted plastic bags island...our big big head from the upstair have discuss with the other supermarket retailers to encourage customers/people to use plastic bags wisely and came out of the green plastic bag, the environment bag. These bags are of prices range from $0.80 to $1.00. You can get them at any
supermarkets now.
To further pushes the people to use their own bags, NTUC fairprice hopes to benefit the customers who uses their own bags, to get 10 cents off the total bill with minimum purchase of $10. Example if you spent $100 and using your own bags to pack all the items, you will get per dollar off the total bill.
Haiz...sadly. Some customers tends to get confused, they thought if they did not uses their own bags, they will had to pay 10 cents etc; Some thought they spent $10 and above, they can get more discount. Example, you spent $15.80 and you thought you can get $0.20 off...but not! Lols. I think i been talking about the plastic bags stuffs bah? But it's true and i tends to meet kind of customers like these! Lols.
About yesterday, Poaynee and her mum came visited my counter and spend around $30 plus if i am not wrong, they used one plastic bags, hence...they were able to at least get $0.20 off the bill, but i forget to give them the benefit. Opps mi...i think i saw PN, my face all gone red till forget! Ew...sound so mushy here, was really touched that she came. Lols. I think ok bah, write till here, continue tml...lols. Anyway, i made my contact lens...tell you guys more tml bah? Lols.
