Again, i think there's also wide variety of people who download these videos and used them for personal uses. Hence, if they were to broadcast to the public or people from other countries, they will need to pay a fee as it is a copyrighted video. Hmm...I think anime aka Jap-animation are the targetted videos people used to download. Hence through these illegal downloading, Odex*(i think so) loses a lot of money and started it operation on catching these illegal anime sharing. So people, please mind...your IP address can be recorded down and being tracked down too! DO NOT DOWNLOAD TOO MANY FILES AT A GO! The below video is an animation of illegal downloading anime. Hence the names there are all copyrighted, so the user simply changed them.
