Chinese New Year
Recently, ate a lot of unhealthy food like nasi lemak, mcdonalds', fried chicken and etc;. Felt really bad about it because, it sure affect my body shape and internal organs etc;. Drank mineral water and 100 plus to replenish my loss of minerals from working and staying up dry without drinking. Hmm...i hope those sure help.
Chinese new year shouldn't leave out visiting friend house and eat at their house. Of course, this year is no exception. Still, we went each other house for visiting. Getting oranges around from houses to houses, we had fun watching and chatting at their home. Slacking is cool, but exercise is also essential, that's why i am working (my job) to kill calories and burn fats.
This week is the last chances i can retake my missed napfa at school. I know i am gonna fail but still, i am willing to try my best to work hard. So even when i failed my napfa, my gym session continues...running is essential, i will get myself running or jogging as soon as i failed my napfa.
I guess, i shall stop my words here. Wish all people a happy chinese new year again! :D
