Gong Yuan Yan Ke (2014)

This is my second visit to 宫原眼科, it was a pleasant experience. This time round, I ordered the ice-cream myself while Raven was waiting for me outside. There are so many flavours available and their chocolate have various sweetness and bitterness. I think this is something that you hardly can find at most of the Singapore's ice cream parlor.
The pricing of the ice cream is not cheap, it cost about S$10 to S$15 for each standard cup with waffles and toppings. However, I must say that their ice cream is awesome and tasty! Though the chilling wind was blowing against us, we still did enjoyed the cold dessert. Hahas.

The queue apparently became shorter after a year...hahas.
Other than their popular ice cream, they also sell many various Taiwanese biscuits like the sun biscuit, pineapple cakes and also chocolates too. Their chocolates look really nice and they comes in many mixed flavours like strawberry and orange. Please also note that the chocolates aren't cheap too. Other than selling Taiwanese merchandises, they also have a chinese tea place for tea lovers. However, it was pretty expensive to visit the cafe too.

Many locals and tourists often visit here for their ice cream and taking photos. During our visit, we seen Singaporean, Malaysian and Hong Kong's tourists too. Do you know that the place used to be a very run-down building before it was built? Hahas, Google is your friend, go look up on it! Nevertheless, this place is one of the popular attractions in Taichung and one never failed to visit here as it was located nearby the Taichung train station.
