Mong Kok at Jurong Point
Afternoon Peeps!! It's Sunday again, yea! I am back here for another weekly post. How's your week? Well, this week has been a pretty normal week for me too. Over the week, I visited Jurong Point's newest Hong Kong themed-street. They named it after Hong Kong popular district, Mong Kok (旺角). On the street, you will see many shining neon lights and of course, many stores from selling clothings, electronics to light snacks and finger foods from Hong Kong. The stores at the new Hong Kong street were still the same ones before they were revamped. So, you won't miss them! :)

Official Launch Day of the Street
One new restaurant popped up after the renovation, named Legendary Hong Kong (香港飲食). The interior of the restaurant looks exactly like those in Hong Kong too. They sell a variety of Dim Sum (點心) and also their signature roasted duck rice too. They also sell chicken rice though, but it was not really nice. IMO, the recommended ones are their roasted duck rice and their dim sum. Our bill for 3 pax came up to around S$80++. Anyway, we ordered 4 dim sum dishes and 3 mains. Overall, the foods here are not bad but not fantastic and so, don't expect everything here to be tasty.

Yesterday, I met up my workmates for brunch at Westgate's Sushi Express. We had a great meal and we had a good time there too. After photo taking and stuffs, we paid the bill and walked around the mall before splitting up for our afternoon activities. Well, it's Happy One Year Anniversary for our friendship!! It's pity that we can't manage to get a proper cake thus, we used the cake which Boon Teck bought for Dixon's birthday to make up for it. We took another photo to commemorate the moment. Though it was a short meetup, we hope more of such meetups to come in near future. Just hope that the girls and guys don't get attached so soon, hahas!!

Earlier this month, I also got my hands on the Aug/Sep Black Box. It was my second time to receive the samples box.
