Ning Xia Night Market
Evening peeps! It's Friday! Time flies, no? Anyway, I am back here for another travel post on my recent visit to Ning Xia Night Market. Ning Xia Night Market (寧夏夜市) is one of medium-sized night markets in Taipei, it have the usual foods and some game stores. Unlike Shihlin/Raohe night market, Ning Xia is less popular among tourists. There are not much shopping here too unless you care about shopping around for cosmetics which I think there are some stores around that area.
One of the areas in the market
Our first stop is to drop by this gyoza store (餃子屋). The gyoza were delicious and definitely cheaper than what we have in Singapore. Other than gyoza, this store also sell noodles too. There are several variation such as the plain and marinated version. Also, soup-based ones are available too.

We then walked around the night market to see what else it offers. It was pretty crowded. There are many street foods available! We did not bought much stuffs here because we were full. In the end, we got milk tea from the local KOI store (50嵐) and some yaki scallops (焼き帆立貝) on our way back. This is a pretty straight-forward night market, hungry and all the foods are here waiting for you.
The people just kept coming, so crowded that evening
My fave's milk tea in Taiwan!

Popular street snack, big sausages!~
Our supper!~
Each stick cost us NT$40
Overall, I would recommend this night market to people whom are on an eating spree or just plain hungry. Don't expect shopping here, this night market doesn't really have that. But the foods here are definitely good and cheaper than restaurants which make dinner really affordable! I hope this post have summarised the market well enough and that you all have gained something from here to plan your upcoming trip. Be sure to drop by soon for another travel post!
