Dinner at Kim Gary Hong Kong Restaurant

Another week has ended, this upcoming Thursday, I’ll be over at Taiwan for holidays till 6th March 2013. So I won’t be updating any posts next week, please don’t miss me. Hahas, however, I will post in more interesting reads of my trip after that week. Bad news for me is that, I am jobless after my trip and I needed to buck up to achieve some of my goals for this year.

After Taiwan trip, is there any other trip and plans? Well, yes, there are but I am still in the midst of considering while factoring the budgets, accommodations and stuffs. It’s not easy to plan a travel trip when you have limited amount of money. Hahas, in conclusion, I will have to work hard and save hard first before the plans come to become reality.

Anyway, last Saturday, I watched another movie with my mum and sister again. This time round, we watched part 2 of Ah Boys to Men. As expected, Ken did went to OCS in the show. Well, it’s kind of like predictable lah…hahas. Nevertheless, when I heard Jack Neo intended to film another sequel to the movie, I was like…still got what to film? Unless he is interested to focus on the training of Ken’s OCS lifestyle loh. Side note, most of the RSAF and RSN camps do not allow camera to be brought in so…it’s impossible to have Noah Yap (IP Man) and the Indian guy to be inside the sequel since they are both posted to RSAF and RSN.

Ah Boys to Men 2

Dumb but nevertheless, I still like his films. I believed Jack Neo like to film shows that is related to a Singaporean’s lifestyle. Rounding up the movie, Ah Boys to Men 2, it was quite not bad and it does worth every penny paid for to watch it. After watching the 2 parts, you will…If you are a guy, you will feel so honored that you served your national service. If you are a girl, you will understand what your boyfriend/husband/father/brother has gone through.

Trailer and theme song of the movie.

Before the movie, my mum, sister and I went to Kim Gary Hong Kong Restaurant for dinner. We had a great meal and enjoyed a pretty nice seaview during our stay too. Well, we were dining at their Vivocity’s outlet and so you know where we watched the movie, yea? Hahas. Anyway, we each ordered a main course and then, a drink to sum up the dinner. I am not sure how much is the total bill, but mine cost around S$15 because I ordered the milk tea with grass jelly 仙草烤奶冻($4.80) and one beef and mushroom bowl garnished with corns 香煎牛肉香菇饭(S$9.80). Both were quite delicious, no wonder there are so many people dining there.
