Evening peeps! Electric Run is coming to Singapore in 2014, are you ready? Electric Run is a light/LED concept night run. Recently, there are also a few concept runs such as The Color Run and the Zombie-themed runs that took place in Singapore. Concept runs usually comes in 5K packages and higher registration fees. I am not sure why is it so, probably it is due to the effects and the special environment that the organizer have used/created in the runs.
Electric Run is one of the prestige runs in the western area of the world like the US and in Europe. This is the first time in Asia and first time in Singapore that Electric Run will be taking place. It was announced that the race will take place some where in the early months of 2014. I shall give you guys some information on the race, I believed that the race will be held in either the city area or Sentosa and it will happen at around 7 or 8 PM in the evening. Nevertheless, these are all my own opinion and it may not be the finalised setting. Regarding the goodies bag: You will be getting a tee, led spectacles, led lights and light sticks (Similar to what the participants of the western countries are getting).
There are several checkpoints during the run. They are electro rainforest, neffmau5 land, rainbow road, delta station, pillar party, electric avenue and the powerhouse. Of course, after the 5K run, you get to enjoy the celebration party. It may be live band perfomances or DJ spinning awesome music till late night. It all depends on the organizer here in Singapore. Are you excited? If you are party goer, you won't want to miss out this run. According to sources, there will be music playing at every checkpoints of the run course. These music are either in pop or house genre.
This post is not an advertorial post. I am doing it because I find this race as one of the interesting runs that will be hitting Singapore next year.
